Phone Card is not refundable under any circumstances. Liabilities are limited to the value of the phone card only. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

Prices based on local access. Minutes advertised based on a single call. The advertised and announced minutes may not reflect the minutes given to the customer due to the applicable fees or other charges that may apply. Surcharge applies on 1-800. 1-877, and special service numbers. Rates and minutes quoted may not include applicable taxes. 25¢ weekly maintenance fee applies. Disconnection may occur due to the quality of cell phone and network. Call increment may vary. Phone Card expires 90 days from first use.
